11/04/08 - Two men allegedly beat officer in Cape Coral
Two men have been charged with felony battery on an off-duty Seminole tribal police officer in Cape Coral on Halloween night. James Aaron Wright, 21, and Eric Scott Dismuke, 28, both of Northeast 35th Street in Cape Coral, allegedly assaulted police officer John Hill as he and his fiancee, Rebecca Bender, and their three children were trick-or-treating, according to police.
