LeBron and the Heat Take Game two From Durant and the Thunder
In a wild game, the Heat held off a furious rally by the Oklahoma City Thunder at the end of game 2 and held on for a 100-96 win, snatching home court advantage away from the Thunder as the series heads back to Miami on Sunday.
The Thunder fell behind, far behind, early in the game, down 18-2. Kevin Durant, the Thunder's superstar, was in foul trouble all night, and the Thunder weren't able to complete the comeback in the fourth quarter despite another monster fourth quarter performance by Durant (16 points). LeBron hit two clutch free throws at the end of the game, and might have gotten away with a foul on Durant's shot in the final seconds that could have tied the game.
This was the Thunder's first loss at home in these playoffs, breaking their aura of invincibility in Oklahoma City. With the series headed back to Miami, Lebron and the Heat have a chance to turn the momentum completely in their favor.
LeBron had 32 points, eight rebounds, five assists and a steal to lead the Heat. Durant matched his 32 points, and added three rebounds, an assist, two steals and a block.
