Tribes celebrate completion of road improvement project

The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde commemorated the completion of the $6.4 million Grand Ronde Road improvement project with a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony Monday at the entrance to the Grand Ronde Tribal campus.
