After a year of heated debate, a decision is made over the controversial warrior mascot at Carpinteria High School. The board decided 3-2 to keep most of the Native American imagery on campus. They did, however, choose to get rid of Indian athletic patches and imagery on the floor mats. This debate first started a year ago, when a student claimed the imagery is offensive.
