The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a challenge Wednesday to an Indian casino in western Michigan, a key step to clearing the way for construction.
“We are very happy with the Supreme Court’s decision,” said D.K. Sprague, chairman of the Gun Lake Tribe.
