James Traficant said he has plans to work with Native Americans to open a casino/resort in the Mahoning Valley. Traficant announced during a news conference this morning that he has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Itana — indigenous tribal affiliates of native America — to begin the process to locate a casino/resort locally.
