It is not just the students who learn in Room 12 at the intermediate school here. Teacher Roxanne Not Afraid makes discoveries, too. Not Afraid is in her ninth year as a teacher and said she learns from colleagues and administrators, the families who are involved in children’s lives and, of course, from the students. “I learn all the time,” she said. “Those kids, they sure teach you a lot.”
