The second annual Native American Heritage Festival took place Saturday at the Robert Reed Memorial Park in downtown Chincoteague Island. Despite a rain that began about an hour before the festival started, a small crowd gathered and enjoyed demonstrations conducted by the Acconannock Indian Tribe.
