Donna Mae Largo, who learned Cahuilla basketry from elder weavers and shared the cultural traditions with anyone who wanted to learn, died March 4. Mrs. Largo, a member of the Santa Rosa band of Cahuilla Indians, died of cancer at her Hemet home. She was 64.
