The state Board of Higher Education will meet next week at the University of North Dakota, but no discussion of the Fighting Sioux nickname is planned. Under a settlement with the NCAA, UND must get approval from two Sioux tribes to continue using the nickname and Indian-head logo, which the NCAA considers offensive.
