A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed a racial and ethnic discrimination and retaliation lawsuit brought against the Oneida Indian Nation. Marcus Smith had been employed since 1990 by the Nation’s bingo hall — both at Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona and before the casino existed.
