Don’t start hoarding your quarters just yet for the Tohono O’odham proposed casino near Glendale’s sports and entertainment district as experts say the dispute over the project could take years to resolve. The tribe, based in Sells, celebrated in July when the U.S. Department of Interior said it would take 54 acres of tribally owned land near 95th and Northern avenues into the reservation system at the tribe’s request.
