It’s no secret that Foxwoods Resort Casino wants to attract more New York patrons. Thursday was a day when the casino featured things that would make New Yorkers feel right at home. A Diversity Fair had the look of the United Nations while an outdoor ice skating rink, made in the image of the famous Rockefeller Center facility, opened to the public.
