Murder, burglary and other charges were filed today against a parolee accused of shooting another man to death in his home on the Soboba Indian Reservation last weekend. Larry Arres, a 24-year-old Soboba tribal member, is suspected of killing Benjamin Dee Lindsey in the 24000 block of Poppet Flats Road about 4:40 a.m. Sunday, according to sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez.
