Native American tribes in Maine will soon have improved access to drinking water. The Penobscot tribe, and the Passamaquoddy tribes of Indian Township and Pleasant Point, will all share nearly one million dollars. It comes from the U.S Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s Indian Health Service.
