There`s one thing that`s certain, she Senate Indian Affairs Committee will soon have new leadership, as Sen. Byron Dorgan is retiring. The director of the American Indian Resources Institute, Richard Trudell, says there`s no telling what the next Congress will look like until Nov. 3.
