The state House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a resolution calling for increased cooperation and collaboration between state, local and tribal governments. District 27 Rep. Ed Iron Cloud III of Pine Ridge said House Concurrent Resolution 1018 next goes to the Senate after passing 58-11, with one person excused.
