Rhythmic drumming resounded through the mountains and combined with American Indian singing to create a weekend spiritual experience in a fall rural setting. Sunday was the final day of the sixth annual Noxen Volunteer Fire Co. Intertribal Pow Wow, which is held twice a year — on Mother’s Day weekend and the last weekend in September. Proceeds raised through donations benefit the fire company.
