A Santa Clara man is suing the Chicken Ranch Casino and Rancheria for copyright infringement. He claims the tribe has been illegally reproducing his company’s “Mi Wuk Indian Riding a Chicken” logo for more than 20 years, while the tribe has allegedly claimed sovereign immunity against any liability.
