The tribe seeking a Kenosha casino has dropped its lawsuit against the federal government challenging Bush administration approval guidelines. Instead, the Menominee Nation will pursue an open dialog in its attempt to revive the $1 billion proposal in the eyes of federal regulators, Kenosha casino spokesman Evan Zeppos said Thursday.
