A Snohomish County Superior Court judge on Wednesday dismissed a Tulalip tribal member who was named in a lawsuit over a firework that destroyed a man’s eye. Judge George Appel told an attorney for the injured man that if her client wanted to sue Louie Pablo, a Tulalip American Indian, over the fireworks issue, he would have to do so in Tulalip tribal court.
