The federal government is taking the Oglala Sioux Tribe to court, claiming the tribe owes nearly $360,000 from a federal grant. The tribal government on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation received nearly $4.5 million from the Department of Health and Human Services for its Head Start program in 2001 and 2002.
