Critics renewed their rallying cry Tuesday against plans to store used nuclear reactor rods at a Utah Indian reservation after a judge’s ruling revived the proposal long thought to be dead. “The plain simple fact,” said U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, “is that we will never allow this facility to be built.”
