WASHINGTON ? The National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) is one the best websites in Indian country for keeping up to date on lobby efforts, meetings and conferences.
The site looks good, with subdued earth tones and American Indian graphics that are not distracting or overpowering. There are formats available for Mac users and a very interesting Flash introduction featuring some eclectic music.
The best feature of the NCAI site is its links. There are links dedicated to trust reform, legislative efforts and policy makers. The tribal directory is particularly helpful.
