Charles Fox was a staff photographer for 38 years at The Philadelphia Inquirer, where he covered numerous stories and projects on the Carlisle Indian Industrial School. Having grown up in Carlisle, telling the story of the Carlisle boarding school and its students has always been of great importance to Fox. It was a history he wasn't taught as a youth.
