WAITING LIST OPENING – AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Applications are now being accepted for placement on the waiting list for a 383-unit residential development located at 1600 Sedgwick Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453. This waiting list is for current vacancies for 2-bedroom size and for future vacancies for all other bedroom sizes.
Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements for households with limited income, as defined by applicable guidelines.
Maximum Household Income Limits – There is no minimum income limitation.
1 Person: $56,700.00
2 Persons: $64,800.00
3 Persons: $72,900.00
4 Persons: $81,000.00
5 Persons: $87,500.00
6 Persons: $94,000.00
7 Persons: $100,450.00
8 Persons: $106,950.00
Income limits are subject to change in accordance with federal guidelines.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Head of household must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must meet income and other eligibility criteria in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 guidelines.

Application Submission: Completed applications must be returned to the address indicated on the application by the specified deadline. Applications received after this deadline will not be included in the lottery and will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list once the lottery process is complete.
