Raymond Paul Garcia, 29, of Scottsdale, Ariz. and a member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Tribe, was sentenced yesterday to two years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge James A. Teilborg. Garcia pleaded guilty on October 8, 2008 to Misprision of a Felony, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
