The head a 139-member American Indian tribe has thrown his support behind a constitutional amendment that would allow a casino to be build in southwestern Ohio. Tecumseh Brown-Eagle, chief and chairman of the Erie Indian Moundbuilders, told reporters outside the Statehouse Oct. 24 the project would boost economic development in the state, hopefully leading to increased business for his tribe’s construction, furniture-making and audio-visual enterprises.
