A former Blackfeet Indian Housing Authority worker accused of stealing building supplies and fixtures from the tribe’s housing warehouse pleaded innocent to felony theft. Cameron Boggs, 51, of Browning, is accused of taking $3,680 in supplies from September to November 2000, while manager of the housing warehouse. He was released on his own recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled Sept. 28. If convicted, he could face up to five years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine and three years supervised release.
