Today, WILLIAM JEFFERY BRADY, 21, from Clinton, Oklahoma, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit theft from the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes (“Tribes”) by staging a fake armed robbery, announced Sanford C. Coats, United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma.
