The Blackfeet Tribal Business Council created a tribal venture called Chief Mountain Technologies, which will specialize in large-scale information technology and professional business services for federal and state agencies. The company could create a significant number of jobs for tribal members both on and off the reservation and provide a revenue stream to fund tribal programs, tribal officials said.
