After legislators learned that more than 300 Native homes eligible for ownership through the state-managed federal housing program had not been transferred to ownership, a bipartisan supported housing bill was introduced. But confusion about the program and ‘misleading’ information by the Washington Housing Finance Commission kept it from moving forward this session
