The Auburn City Council has told the Muckleshoot the city will not adjust traffic lights to help the flow of traffic to its proposed amphitheater. The tribe’s environmental statement had mentioned city help to ease congestion during concerts. But the council called the tribe’s traffic plan inadequate. The tribe is still preparing a final environmental impact statement for the 20,000-seat White River Amphitheater.
