The Nation’s Turning Stone Casino Resort recently named Mike Bashaw of Canastota, a Keno worker, 1999 Team Member of the Year. Bashaw, who has worked for the casino for five years, won an all-expense-paid trip for two to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. The Team Member of the Year is selected from the 36 employees who initially received a plaque, $100 gift certificate and a parking place for the month. Each also received a jacket during a special dinner honoring all of the employees.
