The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals from Professional Architectural and Engineering Firms to provide services of assessments, planning and design services, as tasked by the NHA. This invitation is NOT restricted; however, preference shall be given to Navajo or Indian Organization and Navajo and Indian Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48, 1000.50, and 1000.52.
