It builds roads and bridges, and funds law enforcement, and the agency supports tribes as governments, carrying out the trust responsibility.   • A citizen of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate is the artist in residence at the Great Plains Art Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. Shirley Sneve has more.
