Nearly 300,000 gallons of crude oil spilled into Skull Creek on the Sac and Fox Nation in Oklahoma. In a news release, the Environmental Protection Agency said it is requiring the companies that caused the oil spill to restore the creek and take steps to prevent future spills. Two companies are to pay almost $7.5 million.
