United States Senate Committee on Indian Affairs
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 2:30 PM EDT, the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold a business meeting to consider:
- S. 279, the Tribal School Federal Insurance Parity Act.
- S. 832, A bill to nullify the Supplemental Treaty Between the United States of America and the Confederated Tribes and Bands of Indians of Middle Oregon, concluded on November 15, 1865.
- S. 1207, the Navajo Utah Water Rights Settlement Act of 2019.
The business meeting will be immediately followed by a Committee oversight hearing titled “The President’s FY 2020 Budget Request for Indian Programs” and a legislative hearing to receive testimony on S. 1211, the AUTOS Act.
